How much commitment can i expect?

This depends on you. I will cater a program to fit your lifestyle so please be honest with me about how much time and effort you are willing to devote towards your goals.

What types of activities can I expect?

Whatever you wish; let’s make it happen! Some examples are:

what do you specialize in?

I specialize in how the body works in movement. Therefore, if you’re interested in working towards efficiency in movement while stabilizing your core muscles, my workouts will help. By offering a mix of Pilates, Yoga, and physical therapy exercises you will learn how to maintain your range of movement and fitness level as you age.

How much will this cost?

While I strive for transparent pricing, your specific needs and goals will ultimately determine cost. Some things to consider that will help you determine if it’s a right fit financially are:

  • Experience level

  • How often do I want to meet? How long of a program am I interested in?

  • Do I want private lessons or can I perform workouts on my own?

How hard is the program?

New challenges are opportunities. Yes, they are difficult yet worth the effort. I will build a program scaffolded to the appropriate difficulty level for you. However, your mental fortitude and physicality may be challenged and there is no way for me to know how you will respond. These factors will vary how hard the program may feel each workout or overall.
